Plate heat exchangers recover waste heat between process gas and air, reducing energy consumption.
View DetailsEfficient gas-to-gas heat exchange unit built from welded thin metal plates for industrial gas heat exchange
Recovers waste heat from high-temperature flue gas of kilns and incinerators to preheat combustion air, effectively reducing fuel consumption.
The gas-to-gas plate heat exchanger is an efficient heat exchange unit mainly used for heat transfer between gases in industrial production. It is assembled from a series of thin welded metal plates. Plate surfaces typically feature dimples/corrugations to enhance turbulence and heat transfer efficiency. Folded edges form cold and hot flow channels so that fluids flow on both sides of the plates and exchange heat through them.

Welded sealing and dimple/corrugated plates boost turbulence for efficient high-temperature flue gas heat recovery
Plates are weld-sealed and leak-tested before delivery, ensuring zero fluid leakage.
Materials selected per hot fluid temperature for long-term high-temperature service.
Welded structure suits corrosive gases for long-term corrosion resistance.
Dimpled/corrugated plates enhance turbulence, high heat transfer coefficient with small footprint.
The gas-to-gas plate heat exchanger serves the chemical industry, cleanable waste gas treatment, spray drying, TO exhaust system support and fiberglass industries
